Corporate AI training on your teams' real work, and it sticks.

For owners, GMs, HR and department heads: each team trained on its own reports, proposals and inbox, until daily use is normal.

01

Why generic AI courses do not change how a company works

Your team took an AI course. Some of them finished it. Two weeks later, the proposals are still written the old way, the monthly report is still rebuilt by hand, and the inbox looks exactly as it did. The course taught the tool. Nobody taught the job.

A one-day AI workshop for employees has the same problem. It is a good afternoon, and then it fades, because nothing in the team’s real files, systems or approvals changed. With 2026 named the Kingdom’s Year of AI, the free public programs are worth using for general literacy. The gap is at company level: your people, on your work, with rules that fit your business. That is what an AI adoption program is for, and training is where it starts.

“Nobody learns AI from a slide. They learn it from their own inbox.”

What the training delivers

0half-day leaders session to start: owners and heads decide what to allow and what to protect
0weeks, at most, of department deep dives before each team works on its own
0days of follow-through, the quarter where use turns into habit

AI training for employees, on their own documents and workflows

We do not start with a slide deck. We start with your team’s real work: last month’s report, the proposal that took three days, the inbox that never empties, the spreadsheet everyone dreads. We sit with each department and build the prompts and workflows on those, using the tools your people already have: ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude.

Prompt writing is part of it, but it is not the point. The point is a shared practice the team keeps: which tasks go to AI, how to check the output, and where the work is saved so the next person can reuse it. Your people leave with working habits, not a certificate. The order matters too, direction first, then people, then operations, and it is the same order the national framework sets. We walked through it in SDAIA’s AI Adoption Framework, explained.

ChatGPT and AI tool training in Riyadh, onsite or remote, Arabic or English

Onsite in Riyadh, or remote for teams anywhere in the Kingdom. In Arabic or English, whichever your team works in. Half-day blocks that fit a working week, so nobody loses a full day and nothing waits until “after the training.”

Two kinds of room. A leaders session for the owner, the GM and the department heads: what AI changes in your company, what to allow, what to protect. Then department deep dives, each team on its own work: finance, sales, operations, HR, marketing, one at a time.

The corporate AI training program: Enter, Build, Run

Four steps. The first one takes half a day.

Enter

Leaders Session

A half day for owners and department heads: what AI changes in your company, what to allow, and what to protect.

Build

Department Deep Dives

Each team trained on its own reports, proposals, inbox and spreadsheets, building the prompts and workflows it will use tomorrow.

Build

Prompt and Workflow Library

Your company's own reusable practice, written down and kept in your files, so what one person learns the whole team keeps.

Run

Adoption Follow-through

The check-ins over the quarter that turn training into habit, and the door into the full AI adoption program.

Not sure which department should go first? Start with a readiness assessment. It takes minutes and tells us where to begin.

Safe use

Safe use: what goes into a model, what never does

Your team learns the rules while learning the tools. Which documents can go into a public model, which need a model running inside your walls, and which never leave. Customer and employee information is personal data under the PDPL, and the training treats it that way from the first session. SDAIA’s guidance sits behind every rule we teach, and the setup is the same private-by-design one our adoption work runs on: local file access without upload, local models for what must stay in, an NDA on every engagement.

When a team is ready to hand a task to an AI agent, the same rules become a written scope: what an agent may touch, where its data lives, who approved it. For the whole sequence from the top, read the executive’s playbook for AI adoption, then see how we build an AI agent that works inside your systems.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on team size, how many departments join, whether sessions run onsite or remote, and whether they run in Arabic or English. Training is scoped per company, so we quote after a short conversation about who is in the room and what work they do. The smallest starting point is the half-day leaders session. Most companies begin there and add department deep dives once they see it work.

Confident daily use is the measure, not hours of attendance. The shape is a half-day leaders session, then department deep dives spread over two to four weeks so each team works on its own material between sessions, then follow-through check-ins across the quarter. Most teams are using AI on real tasks from the first deep dive. The follow-through is what keeps them doing it.

Yes. We deliver onsite in Riyadh and remotely to teams across the Kingdom, in Arabic or English, on the tools your company already licenses: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or an in-house model. The tool matters less than the habit, so we train on whichever one your people will actually open tomorrow morning, and we do not ask you to buy a new one.

Yes, that is the whole method. Before each deep dive, the team picks a few real documents (a report, a proposal, a recurring email) and one task it repeats every week. We build the prompts and workflows on those. Confidential material is handled under the PDPL: we set the rules first, use local models for what must stay inside, and nothing leaves your walls without a decision you made.

Government programs like SDAIA and SAMAI teach general AI literacy to individuals, for free, and they are worth using. This training is for one company, on that company's real work, with rules that fit its business, and it stays for the follow-through. The public course makes your employee AI-literate. This makes your company AI-enabled, department by department.

A program. A one-off AI workshop for employees is exactly the format that fades: people enjoy it, try a few prompts, and go back to old habits within a fortnight because nothing in their daily work changed. Our program starts with a leaders session, trains each department on its own work, leaves a written practice behind, and checks in over the quarter until daily use is normal.

A half-day leaders session is the smallest first step. The readiness check tells us which teams should go first, and it takes minutes.
