A system, a website, an app, or an agent: we design and build it with AI at its core, then keep it running for you.
Bryan walks through how we design and build AI-native systems. Or keep scrolling to read the capabilities.
We are not a commodity dev shop. Three rules govern this work: builds are AI-native, not generic software with a chatbot bolted on; anything repeatable becomes a productized capability; and wherever it fits, we keep the build running after launch, tuned and accountable, rather than handing you a system and walking away.
This is proof-led work. The best argument is what we have already shipped, including the operating system that runs our own agency and the immersive site you are reading now. See it on our Work page.
“AI-native, premium craft, and we keep it running. Not a commodity build.”
Paid scoping and concept: we design the AI-native system before a line is built, so you approve an architecture, not a mystery.
Landing pages, websites, and immersive experiential web, AI-native and built for both conversion and craft. This site is the proof.
Apps, web-based systems, games, portals, dashboards, and lead and CRM systems, with AI at the core rather than bolted on.
A talking AI operating system: one brain across your files, systems, and workflows. We run our own agency on one.
Bespoke agents and agent teams built for your workflows: WhatsApp, customer service, and back-office agents working inside your systems, each with a written scope.
We keep what we build running, tuned, and improving, so a custom system stays an asset instead of a liability.
We run our own company on what we build.
Custom AI solutions are AI systems, automations, and agents built for one specific company and connected to the tools it already uses, so answers come from live data instead of stale copies.
Yes. Octopus builds connectors into the systems a company already runs, so its AI works from live, in-house information, designed to keep sensitive data protected under PDPL.
Only what its written scope allows. Before an agent acts inside a company we write three columns: what it may read, what it may write, and what it must never touch, plus the line where a person approves. A customer service agent may read orders and draft replies on its own and still need a person to issue a refund. Our article on AI agent permissions lays the pattern out.
Yes, that is most of our work. We start with one recurring workflow that costs the team the most hours, automate it inside the systems the company already runs, and expand from there. The first workflow is usually reporting, quoting, or the handoffs between sales, operations, and finance.
A paid Solution Blueprint scopes and designs the system before anything is built. See what we have shipped on the Work page first.
