A central node with eight arms reaching into the systems an AI agent is allowed to touch

Build an AI agent for your business, and we run it.

A chatbot answers. An agent acts: on WhatsApp, in customer service and in the back office. Every agent gets a scope before it gets access.

01

A chatbot answers. An agent acts. That changes what you should ask for.

For two years the brief was “add a chatbot.” A chatbot answers a question and stops. An agent reads the order, checks the stock in your system, replies to the customer and books the delivery slot, without a person touching each step. That is where the value is in 2026, the Kingdom’s Year of AI.

It is also where the risk is. An agent nobody scoped will do whatever it was connected to. So the brief changes. Not “which tool”, but: what may this thing touch, where does its data live, and who said yes. Agents are one part of the custom AI solutions we build. They are the part that needs those three answers written down before day one.

“An agent gets a written scope before it gets a login.”

AI agents for business in Saudi Arabia: where they earn their keep first

Three doors, in the order most companies open them. Customer conversations, on WhatsApp and your website, where the agent answers, qualifies and books. Customer service, meaning tickets, returns, appointments and order status, where it resolves the routine and hands the rest to a person with the full thread. Back-office work, meaning reconciliation, reporting and data entry between systems, where it does the copying nobody should be doing by hand.

We are not an AI agent development company that hands over the code and leaves. Each agent is scoped with you, built into the systems you already run, and then operated: tuned, checked, and accountable to the job it was given.

A WhatsApp AI agent for your Saudi business

Most buyers call it a WhatsApp AI chatbot. What you actually want is an agent. It answers your customers, asks the qualifying questions, checks your catalogue or your booking system, takes the order or books the slot, and hands the conversation to a person with the full thread when the scope says so. It runs on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and on your own systems, not on a copy of your data.

Every WhatsApp agent gets the three-column scope before it goes live: what it may read, what it may write, what it may never do. Sending a quote above a set value, changing a price, touching payment details: those sit in the never column or behind a person’s approval. The full pattern is in before an agent touches your company: scope, residency, approval. The running costs are no secret: Meta charges per conversation, the platform has its fee, and the build and the running are scoped per company. Or talk to us on WhatsApp.

An AI customer service agent that works to written rules

An agent that replies like a form letter loses the customer in two messages. An AI customer service agent should sound like your company, tuned on your real past conversations rather than a generic script, and it should say plainly that it is an AI and hand over the moment a person is needed.

Then the rules. Which cases it resolves on its own: order status, appointment changes, standard returns. Which it escalates, and to whom. Which hours it covers, and what happens at the edge of them. What stays with people: complaints with money on the table, anything legal, and anyone who asks for a human. All of it written down and reviewed every quarter.

What an AI agent agency in Saudi Arabia does differently: scope, residency, approval, then run

Anyone can connect a model to your inbox. The work is in what comes before and after.

Agent Scope Blueprint

Paid scoping before anything is built: what the agent may touch, where its data lives, and who approves it, on one page a manager can read.

Build

WhatsApp and Customer Service Agents

Agents that answer, qualify, book and resolve on WhatsApp and your service channels, and hand off to a person with the full thread.

Build

Back-Office Agents

Finance, operations and sales admin agents that reconcile, report and move data between the systems you already run.

Agent Teams on an AI Operating System

When one agent becomes several, they work from one operating layer across your files and systems, the same one that runs our own agency.

Run

Managed Agent Operations

We keep every agent scoped, tuned and accountable, with a human check wherever the scope says so, and widen the scope as trust builds.

When one agent becomes several, they need an AI operating system underneath them. Not sure which workflow to scope first? Start with a discovery.

Residency and governance

Saudi data residency, PDPL, and who approved the agent

Where your data sits is a buying decision, not an IT detail. We write a tier next to every item in an agent’s scope. Public data: any capable model, anywhere. Confidential business data: a model running in the Kingdom, or encrypted before anything reaches a model. Personal data and secrets: in the Kingdom or on your own infrastructure, full stop. Sending personal data abroad for processing is regulated under the PDPL’s transfer rule, and “the agent did it automatically” is not a legal basis.

Approval means a name. A person in your company signs off the agent, its scope and its tier, and reviews it. SDAIA’s accreditation certificates for controllers and processors now put that on paper: an assessor will ask to see exactly these documents. Agents do not replace the people around them, either. Our AI adoption program sets the governance and training side, and we train your teams to work with the agent before it goes live.

Frequently asked questions

On its own, an agent does what its written scope allows: the read column and the write column. A person approves anything above the approval line, which usually means money, contracts, customer-facing output above a set value, and anything touching personal data. The never column is off limits entirely. We explain the whole pattern in our article, Before an AI agent touches your company: scope, residency, approval.

The cost has four parts: Meta's per-conversation fees, the platform that runs the agent, the build, and the monthly running. The first is public and the same for everyone. The other three depend on what the agent does, which systems it connects to, and how many conversations it handles, so we scope and quote per company. A separate guide on this site lays out the public ranges.

We build to your scope on the platforms that fit: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for WhatsApp, connectors into your own CRM and systems, and in-Kingdom cloud or local models where the data tier requires it. We do not resell a chatbot in a box. And we stay to run what we build. The operating system that runs our own agency is the proof that it works.

A scope blueprint comes first and takes one to two weeks. Then a first agent on one channel and one workflow, in weeks rather than months, because the scope is already written. After that the scope widens as the approvals hold: more cases, more systems, less human checking on the routine. The fastest builds are the ones where the company already knows what the agent must never do.

Yes. We build connectors into the systems you already run, whether CRM, ERP, ticketing or booking, so the agent works from live information rather than a copy. Its access is limited to its written scope: it reads what the read column allows, writes what the write column allows, and nothing else. Sensitive data stays protected under the PDPL by design, not by promise.

Start with a scope, not a chatbot.

The Agent Scope Blueprint is the first step. It is paid, and credited against a signed build. The readiness check tells us which workflow to scope first.
