AI, put to work inside your company
Octopus Mena is an AI operations agency based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We help Saudi companies adopt AI as a real way of working and keep it running, not as a pilot that fades after the first workshop. We work in Arabic and English, and we design every engagement to be PDPL-aware from the start.
Most companies treat AI like a gadget. A few people paste text into a chat window and paste the answer somewhere else. That makes those individuals a little faster. It does not change the business. We build the layer where a company's memory, workflows, and judgment live, so intelligence becomes something the whole organization runs on, and every problem you solve once becomes something the whole team can reuse.
We work across four areas.
AI Adoption and Operations. We assess where a company stands, train each team on their real documents and workflows, design the governance and data protection, and keep an operator involved so the change holds. A working system takes about twelve weeks. Cultural adoption takes around six months.
Custom AI Solutions. We build AI systems, automations, and agents connected to the tools a company already uses, so answers come from live data, with sensitive information protected under PDPL.
AI Powered Marketing. We run strategy, content, SEO, and automation as one AI-operated system with human editorial control, so output is continuous instead of rationed.
AI Content and Creative. We produce content and creative at scale with AI, while creative direction and brand voice stay with people.
We built Octopus for the Saudi market at the moment it matters. Saudi Arabia has named 2026 the Year of Artificial Intelligence, yet most companies are still at the starting line. The big enterprises are served by the giants, and individuals can get free government training, but the small and mid-market company that needs its own team enabled and its own workflows automated has been left to figure it out alone. That is who we work for. We start with one painful workflow or one team, prove a result, then expand.
